When Moonrise Kingdom’s Jared Gilman and his technologically-impaired father are lost in the woods, it’s Man vs. Wild vs. Phone. Campfire guitar and soft vocals score the campers’ mishap, but it’s LTE that saves the day.

Though the instrumentation is simple, the unadorned guitar performance offers just enough cheekiness to match the on-camera shenanigans. Gilman’s friend sends out a live stream of dad’s run-in with a poison ivy patch, just before an airy vocal tag leads the crew back to safety without search parties or allergic reactions.
